Dear Fellow Club Member:

As most of you know, Dean Morrison has been at the Forrest City Country Club for the past three years as club manager. Dean has recently decided to take a position at Searcy Country Club as the general manager. Dean's last day of employment at the club will be October 2, 2011. Please join me as we wish Dean the best in his future. He has served the club for over 13 years and been a great friend to us all.

During the previous board meeting, a committee was formed to search for a new club manager. The committee has announced that John and Carrie Harbin of Forrest City have been selected as the new management team at FCCC. John has over 12 years of experience in restaurant management. John and Carrie have done an exemplary job of operating the golf pro shop and making certain the golf course operates problem free. Please join me as we welcome them as the new managers at Forrest City Country Club.

On another note, this is a reminder of two important things taking place in the next few weeks:

Cart shed leases will be up for renewal by the end of September. Please contact Janet Hanner for details regarding renewal.

The 65th Annual Stockholder's Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 11, at 7:00pm. Attached is your proxy, which contains a proposed slate of officers and new board members for the coming year. I look forward to seeing you at the annual meeting in October.
